How do you ensure the wine is safe during transit?
We use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage and maintain temperature stability during shipping.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any alcohol delivery.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
Where does World Wine ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the US and select international countries, subject to local alcohol compliance laws.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 45°F and 65°F, and laying them on their side to keep the cork moist.
Can I track the temperature of my shipment?
For premium vintages, we offer temperature-controlled shipping options and tracking sensors to ensure your wine never exceeds safe thermal limits.
